#i just love that Tony looks at Bruce and sees himself at his lowest #and he can remember all of the love and support he didn’t get #and so he’s determined that it won’t happen to Bruce #he just walks into the room and says #yeah no hey dude #you are a person and you shouldn’t have to walk around with all of this self-loathing #trust me I know all about that and it sucks #and you are so much better than that #and even if you don’t believe it now #I believe it #and I’m Tony fucking Stark so if I believe it you know it’s true #but more than that #look at me #I’m just a man #no armor #no weapons #let me walk right up to you and prove that I’m not afraid #not of you and not of the big guy #because you are not a monster #and trust me on that one because I know all about monsters
